We've got a beast of a workout today that I'm sure you'll all go ape over!
Here's KING KONG:

4 HSPU

Don't worry if you can't do the Rx weight. The weight will be 85% of your 1RM of each.

King Kong was fun. I didn't pay attention to the time because we shared bars.

DL 315 (94% of 1RM)
Squat Clean 135 (82% of 1RM)
Muscle up rx
HSPU rx (all the way to the floor)

I did the Jessco workout instead and it was all kinds of awesome! : )
